Production Process
Our hub bearings are produced based on mature and widely adopted manufacturing processes in the bearing industry.

For aftermarket applications, our products are designed as reliable alternatives to commonly used OEM bearing models.
Production Capacity
- Dedicated production lines for wheel hub bearings and hub units
- Monthly output capacity: approximately 30,000 – 50,000 pcs
- Equipped with CNC grinding machines and assembly lines
- Semi-automated cleaning, greasing, and sealing processes
We also maintain coordination with stable component suppliers to support consistent production and flexible order quantities.
